If a product has been damaged and the damage is not covered under warranty, you are not entitled to a refund.

If the product is not damaged or incorrect, the shipping costs for the return must be borne by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you can send it to us and we will offer you a replacement or a full refund of your money. We will cover the shipping costs for the return.
